The Anysize rinser has INDEPENDENT zones for pick-up, rinse, and drop-off sections. A little variation in bottle diameters? That can be adjusted, on the fly, with the in and out arrows.
Changeovers are genuinely automatic, triggered by the bottle size selected at the filler. The RAD box remembers all the pressure settings for each bottle creating a bottle specific recipe.
The “clean look” that every beverage plant strives to obtain. A stainless-steel air cylinder is a lot easier to clean than multiple strands of roller chain. Besides, the roller chain is unsightly even when it is clean! Anywhere in the world, where there’s a hand-crank-style rinser, there are bottles on the floor. What an opportunity for improvement! Saving a tenth of 1% will justify any rinser replacement project in months.
